At the Art Institute of San Antonio we strive to help our culinary students learn how to deliver outstanding customer service. Red designer dining serves as an experiential classroom allowing students in the culinary program hands-on experience in a real restaurant setting. Students must work every front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house job in order to fully understand how a restaurant is run.
